It's been a whirlwind first quarter! We have continued to write our butts off, develop shows, make new friends and pitch like we've never pitched before. But, in news we can actually share, our live action tween comedy Anarchy Anderson was chosen as a 'cool new show' by Kidscreen magazine and also a finalist in the MIPTV Kids Live Action Pitch.

It's been a minute and due to being super busy (and quite frankly not really knowing how to work the news section of the site) we haven't updated you. We are super excited about the current live action and animation projects we have in development with DHX, CBC and Dreamin' Dolphin as well as having Stephanie work on a new Cbeebies show as Head Writer. We are still full steam ahead developing our other projects and very excited to pitch at Kidscreen this year! Hopefully we can reveal the details of the other projects soon, so stay tuned!

We are very excited to announce that Kidzilla Media will be attending MIPJunior and MIPCOM for the first time this year. We are looking forward to presenting our shows, meeting colleagues from around the world, and of course, all the French cheese we can stomach! The Children's Media Conference in Sheffield is one of our favorite kid industry events of the year. We had some fantastic meetings with various production companies and broadcasters at the International Exchange along with playing host at the First Timer's reception. The highlight had to be this year's keynote which you will be able to see on the CMC website soon.  Tourette's Hero Jess Thom opened with a bang and we were laughing and inspired the whole time. Lemn Sissay MBE is an absolute genius.  It was by far the best in the 5 years we have been.  We are already looking forward to next year!

Our founder, Stephanie also writes funny books for grown ups. The Accidental Socialite was released in 2014 and the sequel, The Accidental New Yorker in 2015.  Well, the books have brand spanking new covers and they are amazeballs!  If you fancy reading, links are below!
